Savernova receives ProtectStar AWARD 2008
Bradenton, FL, USA 19.12.2007 – ProtectStar, Inc., an international independent company specialising in IT and communications security, has given Savernova’s authentication solution Network ID the ProtectStar AWARD 2008.
Savernova’s security solutions for private users and companies combine maximum security and user friendliness with low costs. The Savernova Network ID authentication solution manages PC and network access securely without the need for additional hardware. The integrated One-Time-Password (OTP) technology offers additional protection by generating a new password for every login.
Test engineers at the ProtectStar test lab have analysed the current Savernova Network ID security solution. The result is clear: "The test series have clearly shown that, with its software-based security solution Savernova Network ID, Savernova possesses a large number of positive improvements compared to similar competitive products that are mainly hardware-based. In addition to the innovative techniques and the comfortable user-friendliness, very good basic protection and the high reliability of the product can be pointed out."
